*Only accredited EPoS providers can integrate with PayPoint Connect. PayPoint Connect accreditation is something that is granted to an EPoS provider, by PayPoint, by working through a set of criteria to implement the integration between the PayPoint Mini device and the supplier’s EPoS system, to provide retailers with integrated card and PayPoint services.

**Four-hour swaps to be met in 95% of qualifying swap calls, which are subject to PayPoint contact centre technical service hours and swap service operator hours. Contact Centre available Monday to Friday 0900-1700 with email support over weekends and bank holidays. Self-service available on my.paypoint.com all year round.
