Tailored app payments

Using our payment app technology, you can offer your customers a convenient, frictionless and secure way to make payments. 

Branded payment sites

Designing and building a customer payments user journey is expensive and time-consuming. Through MultiPay, we offer a white-label website where the payments user journey is already built with a range of additional card storage and reporting services.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone payments

Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service allows customers to make their payments easily and securely over the phone without the need for you to provide a contact centre with lots of staff. 

DTMF call-masking solution

Take payments over the phone in a PCI-compliant way through our DTMF call-masking solution. Sensitive card data is entered into the customer’s own device – via keypad, while your agent guides them through, viewing their progress via the portal. 

Virtual Payments

Take payments over the phone via our virtual terminal solution. The virtual terminal enables client's agents to take the customer's card details and process the payment for them. 

PayByLink

Our PayByLink product allows organisations to overlay traditional digital payments with capabilities to reach out to customers with care, engaging with customers sensitively and responsibly. It can be a standalone solution, or integrated with an existing CRM system. Businesses can send tailored, personalised SMS reminders containing a payment link to increase engagement and reduce payment friction. 

Event streamer

To complete our suite of APIs, we offer an event streamer that provides real-time transaction data. We can send the data you require to multiple endpoints and update the windows your teams are already using, immediately. 

Direct Debits

You can effortlessly manage Direct Debits for any amount, on any day, and at any frequency through our portal or your API.  

The portal allows clients to import and export direct debit mandates and facilitates high-volume changes, such as adjusting payment dates or new amounts. This can also be facilitated by the APIs, to automate the change process. 

The portal also provides a full suite of reports, including A-series reports, direct debit failures, cancellations and upcoming payments, to effectively manage income. 

Direct Debit exceptions management

PayPoint can automate the handling of failed Direct Debits through our Direct Debit exceptions management. We can automatically send PayByLinks directly to your customers requesting the outstanding amounts before your teams need to pick up the phone or send letters. 

Recurring payments

The Recurring Payment Service gives you the option for creating and managing automated recurring or instalment card payments  from your customers. Recurring payments from MultiPay breaks down the barriers to customers being able to make payments, improving the user experience and business efficiencies

Merchant portal

PayPoint’s single client portal enables access to real-time transaction data, without the need for any integration work. You can view detailed information on when payments are made, when failures occur, and the most popular channels. Additionally, our portal provides access to PayByLink, Virtual Terminal, Direct Debits, recurring card management, and much more. 

Cash Out

This voucher system allows cash payments of up to £100 to be collected by customers in more than 30,000 UK PayPoint stores. These vouchers can also be sent by post, email or SMS.
